Grafin Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Grupo Tulio in the sale of five highway service stations and related real estate assets to Grupo Pelanda.
Grupo Pelanda, in turn, brings more than 30 years of experience in the sector and, prior to the transaction, operated a portfolio of 15 service stations located primarily in the states of Paraná and São Paulo. With the acquisition, the company expands its portfolio to 20 units, strengthening its presence in the Paraná market and marking its entry into Rio Grande do Sul, in line with its regional expansion strategy.
The transaction represents a significant move in the fuel retail market in Southern Brazil, reflecting the quality of the assets developed by Grupo Tulio and the growth and consolidation strategy pursued by Grupo Pelanda.
