We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new partner, Leandro Fariello, who joins the Grafin team at a time of growth and new initiatives.
In addition to his role at Grafin, Leandro Fariello currently serves as Strategy Officer at Tembici, after acting as CFO from 2020 to 2024. He is also a mentor at G4 Educação in the areas of Finance and Operational Efficiency. Previously, he held positions in strategy, business development, and corporate finance at Rhodia, Suzano, Braskem, and Estáter. He is also co-founder of Poli Angels and has been an angel investor in startups since 2016. Fariello holds a degree in Civil Engineering from POLI USP (University of São Paulo), with a specialization in Marketing from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing), certification in Quality from TÜV NORD (Germany), an MBA in Business from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas), and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at UNIFESP.
Alongside celebrating Fariello’s arrival, we are proud to announce another milestone in our journey: the expansion of our operations to São Paulo. In the coming months, we will open a new office, allowing us to broaden the reach of our services, serve a greater number of clients, and strengthen our presence in the São Paulo market. This represents a strategic step for Grafin and reaffirms our commitment to being ever closer to our clients and partners.
