Grafin Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor in the sale of Ravato
Combustíveis Industriais and Cargopetro to RodOil. With over 25 years of
operations, Ravato is Brazil’s third-largest fuel oil distributor, while Cargopetro, the
group’s logistics arm, strengthens operational synergies and distribution capacity. The transaction marked RodOil’s entry into the B2B segment and diversification into industries such as pulp & paper, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure, while preserving the legacy built by the shareholders.

Grafin Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ravato in the sale to
Serra Diesel, one of the largest TRRs (fuel transporters and resellers) in Southern
Brazil. With over 25 years of operations and revenues close to BRL 300 million,
Ravato was one of the leading fuel distributors in Paraná. Grafin conducted a
structured process involving outreach to 38 potential buyers, from materials
preparation and meetings with interested parties to negotiation of the transaction
documents. The success of the transaction led to Grafin being hired for additional
mandates with the group, all successfully completed.
