Luiz F. Bessa
Founding Partner
Before founding Grafin Partners, Luiz Bessa was a partner at Zaxo and was responsible for making the company the leader in Anbima’s ranking among M&A advisors based in the south of the country for three consecutive years since 2017 and the third largest in Brazil. He is the advisor with the most transactions in the South of the country and the 14th in Brazil since 2017, according to the specialized publication Transactional Track Record (TTR).
Bessa started his career in M&A in 2003 and led dozens of transactions worth more than R$ 3 billion. Among the most recent are included, the sale of control of Pelissari to Cast Group, the sale of Indyxa’s control to MV, the capital raising with a private equity fund for Grupo Implus, and the total sale of Volk do Brasil to Bunzl, a British multinational company.
He has a degree in Business Administration from UFPR, an MBA from ESPM and extension courses from FGV-SP and Wharton in corporate finance.

Leandro Muniz
Founding Partner
Before founding Grafin Partners, Leandro had more than 15 years of experience as an executive in Finance, Operations and Project Management.
Leandro started his career in project management at Siemens and Votorantim Cimentos. He led investment and improvement projects at Votorantim Cimentos and was responsible for the financial management of the companies of the group. He also had experience leading assessment processes, improving governance in family businesses in sectors such as Industry, Logistics, Energy, Food and Agribusiness.
After working in Mexico, Leandro returned to Brazil to become a partner at Zaxo, an M&A boutique.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from PUC-PR and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Rodrigo Luchtenberg
Partner
Rodrigo founded Teiko Soluções (Flowti Group), a health technology company, where he worked for 20 years and carried out a process of mergers, acquisitions and the total sale of the group that reached over BRL 45 million in revenues.
After working in Mexico for a Flowti unit, Rodrigo returned to Brazil to sell the group and become a partner at Grafin, an M&A boutique.
At the same time, he acts as mentor to entrepreneurs aiming to improve corporate management and positioning strategies. An investor in startups, he also acts as a board member in some of these companies, helping them to grow exponentially.
He has a degree in Computer Science from FURB-SC and an MBA in Business Management from INPG, an MBA in International Finance from FGV and a Master in Data Science from Univali-SC.
Alisson Forti
Partner
Executive with 20 years of experience leading teams in the Commercial, Logistics, and Business Development areas.
Alisson began his career in Logistics at ALL, and at Votorantim Cimentos he held positions in several areas, conducting strategic projects in the Commercial and Logistics areas.
At Hidrovias do Brasil, he led the winning project of the STS-20 auction in Santos.
Prior to becoming a partner at Grafin, he held a leadership position at a family-owned holding company responsible for investments in Infrastructure, including Energy, Sanitation and Industrial Waste.
Alisson holds a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-PR, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral with an extension from the Kellogg School of Management and training as a Board Member from IBGC.
Felipe Ditzel
Principal Associate
Before joining Grafin Partners, Felipe was an associate at Zaxo where he started his career in M&A. Prior to that, he worked in companies such as Banco do Brasil, PepsiCo and Ambev.
Felipe participated in several transactions, including the sale of Indyxa’s control to MV Informática, a leading company in health management software in Brazil, and the total sale of Volk do Brasil to Bunzl, a British multinational company.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UTFPR, a postgraduate degree in finance from FAE Business School and an extension course in M&A from Columbia Business School and TTS University.

After experiences at Grupo RBS, Claro and was an EVP of Marketing, Sales and Operations at GVT, where he led the growth strategy and participated in the IPO. He is a specialist in family businesses, where he is a board member and develops projects of governance and value creation.

For 12 years he was CEO of Implus Participações, where he led the company in expressive growth and value creation over 30 times, making it one of the largest groups in Health Management in Brazil. Allan Costa
