Luiz F. Bessa
Founding Partner
Before founding Grafin, Luiz Bessa was a partner at Zaxo and responsible for making the company the leader in the Anbima ranking among M&A advisory firms based in the South of Brazil for three consecutive years since 2017, as well as the third largest in Brazil in 2019. He is the M&A advisor with the most transactions in the South of Brazil and ranks 14th in the country since 2017, according to the specialized publication Transactional Track Record.
Bessa began his M&A career in 2003 and has led dozens of transactions with a combined value exceeding BRL 2 billion. Among the most recent are the sale of a controlling stake in Pelissari to Cast Group, the sale of a controlling stake in Indyxa to MV, the raising of private equity investment for Grupo Implus, and the full sale of Volk do Brasil to Bunzl, a British multinational company.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from UFPR, an MBA from ESPM, and has completed extension courses in corporate finance at FGV-SP and Wharton.

Leandro Muniz
Founding Partner
Before founding Grafin Partners, Leandro gained over 15 years of experience as an executive in Finance, Operations, and Project Management.
Leandro began his career in project management at Siemens and Votorantim Cimentos. At Votorantim Cimentos, he led investment improvement projects and managed the financial operations of the group’s companies. He also has extensive experience leading assessment processes and enhancing governance for family-owned businesses across industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy, Food, and Agribusiness.
After working in Mexico, Leandro returned to Brazil to become a partner at Zaxo, an M&A boutique.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from PUC-PR and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Rodrigo Luchtenberg
Partner
Rodrigo founded Teiko Soluções (Flowti Group), a technology company in the healthcare sector, where he worked for 20 years. During his time at Teiko, he led a merger and acquisition process and the complete sale of the Group, which reached a revenue of over R$ 45 million.
After entrepreneurial experience in Mexico with a Flowti unit, Rodrigo returned to Brazil to sell the group and become a partner at Grafin, an M&A boutique.
In parallel, he serves as a mentor to entrepreneurs, focusing on improving corporate management and positioning strategies. As an investor in startups, he also sits on the boards of several of these companies, supporting their exponential growth.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from FURB-SC, an MBA in Business Management from INPG, an MBA in International Finance from FGV, and a Master’s in Data Science from Univali-SC.

Alisson Forti
Partner
An executive with 20 years of experience leading teams in Business Development, Logistics, and Sales.
Alisson began his career in Logistics at ALL and, at Votorantim Cimentos, held roles across various departments, driving strategic projects in the Commercial and Logistics areas.
At Hidrovias do Brasil, he led the project that won the STS-20 auction in Santos.
Before becoming a partner at Grafin, he held a leadership position at a family-owned holding company responsible for investments in Infrastructure, including Energy, Sanitation, and Industrial Waste.
Alisson holds a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-PR, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral with an extension at Kellogg School of Management, and a Board Member training certification from IBGC.

Felipe Ditzel
Principal Associate
Before joining Grafin, Felipe was an associate at Zaxo, where he began his career in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked at companies such as Banco do Brasil, PepsiCo, and Ambev.
Felipe has been involved in numerous transactions, including the full sale of Volk do Brasil to Bunzl, a UK-based distribution company, raising investment from private equity funds for the Implus Group, as well as the acquisitions of logistics tech Pax and Tiny ERP, and securing investment from Goldman Sachs for Olist.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UTFPR in Curitiba, a postgraduate degree in Finance from FAE Business School, and an extension course in M&A from Columbia Business School and TTS University.

After gaining experience at Grupo RBS and Claro, Alcides took part in the startup of GVT in 2000, where he was responsible for defining and executing business models and growth strategies. He is an investor in dozens of startups and a specialist in family businesses, serving as a board member and supporting improvements in governance, succession planning, and strategy.

For 12 years, he served as CEO of Implus Participações, driving significant growth and value creation, increasing the company’s value by over 30 times and establishing it as one of the largest health management groups in Brazil. Following this expansion, he led the capital raising process with a private equity fund. He holds a degree in Medicine from UFPR and an MBA from FGV.

Allan Costa
Tecnologia e inovação

Entrepreneur, speaker, author, motorcyclist, and musician. He served as Executive Director of Sebrae-PR, president of Cooper Card and Celepar. A specialist in entrepreneurship and startups, he co-founded Curitiba Angels and is an investor and mentor to over 10 startups. He is also one of the creators of the innovation platform AAA.

André Perez
Logistics

With a career in Logistics and Supply Chain, he has held Director and VP positions at companies such as Siemens, Volkswagen, Whirlpool/Embraco, Renault, and Yara. He served as Executive Director at Tertium, where he was responsible for evaluating, creating, and selling businesses. He holds a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Germany, and an MBA in the United States.

Danilo Angst

He built a 30-year career at Banco do Brasil, holding various statutory positions, including Vice President of Credit, Risk, and Internal Controls. He served as president of Electra Energy and has significant experience on boards of directors. He is a recognized figure in Brazil’s agribusiness sector.

Roberto Rissi
Agribusiness

Ph.D in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Iowa State University, Agronomist and Master from ESALQ-USP. Built a career at Syngenta, Cargill, Monsanto and Pioneer, where he was President for 10 years and led an expressive growth. He had a great influence on the increase of corn production in Brazil.

Bruno Serapião

A Mechanical Engineer from ITA with international academic experience, he developed his career at ALL, GE, Patria Investimentos, and Hidrovias do Brasil, where he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. His expertise is particularly notable in the Infrastructure and Private Equity sectors, strengthened by his involvement in several boards of directors. He is currently serving as CEO of Atvos.

Ricardo Cipullo

Léo Jianoti
